The tiles look great (I think they use linoleum, not ceramic), but the pressure of the wheels exerted on them when the bikes are tied down, and the kickstand, will cause them to pull up over time. Another option to consider is the spray-on bedliner stuff. I've had that on my trailer floor for a few years now and it's holding up great. It gives a bit of traction, too. Those linoleum tiles will be as slippery as ice when wet.
