Exhaust servo motor

My exhaust servo motor is out again (second one). Is there a way to bypass the exhaust valve so I can continue to ride untill my new servo motor arrives?

Re: Exhaust servo motor

Yes, physically turn the servo to the fully open position and unplug it. Then get yourself a full micron exhaust system and pcIII. And never worry about it again.

Re: Exhaust servo motor

Thanks for the reply. Already have a pcIII. I did see a eliminator kit made by Hass Motorsports that would be cheaper than a full system.

Re: Exhaust servo motor

turn the valve so that it locks when its at the top of its travel however it will turn again its self with vibration restricting your air flow so make a little bracket to lock it in place

Re: Exhaust servo motor

can just take the flapper out of the exhaust all together and throw a bolt in there to cover up the hole, load a proper map.
