This is a discussion on DeWalt 36v Lithium Ion within the Tools / Garage / Paddock forums, part of the General Utility Vehicle Discussion category; I thought since they were formally announced they needed their own special link....

Whats funny is about a week after buying this I found a Ryobi 'workshop kit' (like every tool they make I think, in a coffin sized box) for $250 on sale @ HD, and bought it (was regularly about 500$).

Haven't missed my 18v DW stuff since, and I realize its cause I actually took care of the DW stuff - so I never wanted to beat it, the Ryobi stuff I have no problem trying to destroy - and so far it's actually held up damn well . Maybe one of these days I'll part with my DW stuff now
