Just picked up a Cortech Implulse II not sure on how it will perform yet but it has a full liner (sleeves included) and yet is perfed. Looks like a good jacket and I have had good luck with other Tourmaster products

I haven't picked one up yet, but I sure like the Joe Rocket Alter Ego 2.0 textile jacket. It has heavy textile to protect you, including the armour and also has removable panels to reveal mesh to keep you cool (somewhat) in the warmer weather. Not sure how warm it will be in the cooler weather. It also has a waterproof cover that attachs in a pack to the inside back of the jacket (cool way to carry if space is limited). I hope you find the one that works best for you...
