Has anyone used Draggin Jeans? Here is some information lifted from the website. For those who don't want to wrap up in hot leather are these a safe alternative for a casual street ride?

I have never tried their jeans but I did have one of their leather jackets. I liked it alot and it was well made. I crashed in it and it protected me well and did not wear through or pop at the seams.

I have a pair for sale at the moment, waist 34 length 40. Brand new, never used. They are comfortable and well made and come with removable hip protection as well. I paid $200 for them but will sell for $150, plus shipping from Thailand. If anyone is interested let me know.

Ok, I see. Here in the USA we measure the inner seam. I hear the sharks are terrible of your coast this year. Ever been eaten by one?

Don't know about the Draggin Jeans but I know the Cortech ones (I think one of the models is called the MOD and the other the DSX) have CE armor in the knees, and it's removable if you don't want it there....though why you wouldn't I don't know.

Re: Draggin Jeans - Kevlar For The Street

I have a pair of Draggin Jeans. For short trips where the speeds are low, I would trust them. I do find ventilated leathers to be cooler though; the kevlar in the jeans does not allow any air to flow at all.

Re: Draggin Jeans - Kevlar For The Street

I have 2pairs of them for hotter weather.

I came of once a couple of years back doing about 60kph, the denim over my knees wore right through but the kevlar stopped my skin from bein eaten away end result was a coupple of friction burns.

So i think they are as good as gold!

Re: Draggin Jeans - Kevlar For The Street

Most of the sportbike riders go for the style,
they look like came from 90's

Basicly horrible, they need a designer immediately
