I am a deformed freak and can't wear Held gloves...
My fingers are too long for their patterns....aargh. (I do have a pair of Held goretex gloves, because they are available in slightly larger size, and they are a great rain glove.)

I've tried a couple of other makes, and ended up with the Alpinestars GP Plus awhile back. I have to get a size too big, so the fingers fit, which means the hand is a bit loose, but its the best compromise I have found.

Anyone else have long fingers....and what gloves were you able to make work?

Cut your fingernails a bit more often then 2x a year and you won't have a problem!

Re: Gloves for Tracks

Not too surprising on the JR...

I've also seen Teknic's come apart in relatively slow wrecks(Trackho did this, but still wears them for some reason), as well as wearing a hole through a pair myself in a year of riding, no wrecks.

I love my Held Galaxy's, but I never crash tested them. *In 1 and a half seasons of racing they still look perfect.
