Reduction surgery is more common than you might think, imagine having to lug around a giant set all day every day? A friend of mine got hers reduced from something that must have been close to an G or H cup down to a D because she had serious back problems..

a girl I went to high school with had back problems because of her boobs. They weren't huge but they were big.
