I am trying to download a photo of my Hippo from my computer as my avatar but have been unsuccessful so far. I follow the process which seems straightforward, but it ends by telling me the upload of file has been unsuccessful. Any suggestions? I have tried more than one picture.

It sounds like you are trying to use a file that is to large. Try sizing it down some so it is under 25 Kilobytes.
If you are still having problems let me know and I can use my super mod powers to up load one for you.
