I have the Kolpin that the top section tilts open and a bottom section that stays in place, found it would shake alot so made some braces for it to make it sturdy. The parts man at the dealership said they thought the Kolpin was better than theirs. I went with the Honda roof because it was all that was offered at the time.

i purchased a 2012 BR in oct and i love it. im in south west louisiana and i used BR to haul a dog box full of deer hound all through dec and i must say this is the best vehicle that i have had for this . i am a long time honda owner and the BR is just another in a long line of quality machines. after seeing my BR most of the guys on our lease are trying to figure what they have to sell to get one thanks honda i love it.

Try using an image hosting site like Flickr of photobucket. Once you upload the images there just use the image code to post it in your reply.

Hey, I'm a owner of a 09 BR, I'm a long time user of honda four wheelers and waited for them to come out with a side-by-side before I bought one of the other brands. I live in south Louisiana and use it to get around my property and duck hunt, the duck ponds are just a few miles from home so I can leave from my house on BR to go hunt. I have been looking at this sight for a while now and decided to register so I can share the little I have learned about BR with others, I think it is a great and very helpful sight, thanks for having me!!

Hello! Im Barrett clark and live in Natchez, Ms. I have a 2009 big red with about 600 miles on it. I have a bunch of stuff done to it. I Built a custom front winch bumper with lights recessed in it, tow hooks made into it also. I have an extreme lift on it with 27x10x14 mud lights on the front and 27x12x14 mud lights on the back. I also replaced the rear shocks with some from the 2012 big red because they r adjustable. I have the rear honda bumper and also the honda rock sliders. I put the extra battery box under the hood with a battery from a polaris ranger just because they r a bigger battery. I also have the honda plastic roof on it with a custom radio setup. Im looking for a programmer to put on it to try and raise the rev limiter.

I purchased a Big Red "actually it is green" in May 2011. A friend of mine has one and said that it's the best "work horse" he has, and he has many off road vehicles. I've installed the 2 piece windshield from Honda and really like it. I can take the top half of it off in the summer. I've also installed one of those SenDEC hour/tachometer gages and works really well. I live in the Knoxville Tn. area and it's a lot of help around the property I live on.
