Am unable to successfully download an avatar. I am trying to slect from photos I have taken and downloaded on my computer. Follow the avatar downloading process (seems straightforward) and it seems that it is trying to download the picture but ends with "Upload of file is unsuccessful." Any suggestions? Thanks
