Gary Semics videos?

Anyone ever used any for techniques? I saw the ad on the header on this site but was wondering if anybody has ever seen them. I've just started going to the MX track and would like some reference material to review the night before a ride to avoid injury. I could use all the help I can get to survive and return to work the next day.

Well I picked up a set of the videos on ebay and I must say they are worth every penny. I need another visit to the track to apply what I've learned. These techniques will work with everyday trail riding also to maintain more bike control and avoid crashing. Money well spent!

Does he get into the mechanics of 12 oclock wheelies? standups?

No, but he does get into the detail of getting it sideways. He calls it a clicker. I've always seen it refered to as a whip.

A buddy of mine has all those videos.

I lap him every time we race without exception.

Having the videos and applying the techniques are 2 totally different things. He does mention about training and natural ability and coordination....

Yeah, I must've been feeling cocky last Friday. For every guy I lap there are one or two that lap me so it all works out.

My buddy thinks those videos helped him - he just had a long way to go.

They are worth every penny. It is much easier to learn the correct way first, then to try to unlearn the wrong way.
