What are you doing to snap axles? What mods do you have done to the bike?

I have 26" Swamp Lites tires and haul huge loads over rough terrain and ride the hell out of the bike and have never had any issue with anything mechanical. Maybe your tire size.

one guy i know had a bad shock, which cause too much droop. he broke 4 axles on a ranger. (took him that long to figure it out) he only had 26" mud witches and he drove like a paw paw. i guess you have to look and see if they are breaking in the same spot. i got 28" law radial all 12". not had a problem yet...knock on wood!

You are either dogging that BR hard or have a real bad set up problem.... I roll 27" maxis with no lift and ride all the time..... Something wrong

What are you doing when they break? Are you turning your wheels? Do you have the front diff locked? Do you drive on pavement?
Personally I didn't think the BR had the power to break an axle.
