Re: going get my big red!!!!
Will you also be replacing the header pipe or are you just going from the junction where the header pipe meets the muffler.
I’m not real clear how it works on injected ATV/MUV-UTV’s however how will this tie into the control unit? Is it just a dumb box that has little programming except for altitude or is it more complex like to sense load from the TPS? I do see we have no Oxygen sensor so we can’t control mixture. Not trying to draw comparisons here however my Harley has a power commander that can be dialed in. Since I am at sea level my map would be different than say someone in Denver, The BR engine and trans plug into the same PCM so information is shared within the control unit. It will be real interesting to see how much difference a Camshaft makes. The muffler I understand, hell, looks at the tail pipe it’s 1/3 to ½ the size of the header pipe. Some backpressure is needed but putting a cork in it can’t help either. Speaking to your post, nice pictures! Keep everyone informed of your progress please. Speaking for myself only I am interested in what happens at low end.

As for the header pipe i'll probably just leave it alone if it's anything like a rincon one its already a good size and from what i can tell of pics of the br stock muffler that thing drops down like 2 or 3 times in size b4 it goes in the muffler and i'm also going to call dyno jet monday to see if there pc5 for the rincon will work on the big red b/c if it does i will get that and you can buy the auto tuner for it witch you hook up a o2 sensor up and it keeps the air fuel mixture where it needs to be but i'll keep yall posted on everything but here is a couple of my creations just to let yall know what i can do...lol my 472cc 98 trx300 ![]() my 500cc 02 350 rancher ![]() my 472cc 86 350 foreman ![]() and this a 420 rancher i just finished for one of my friends

Re: going get my big red!!!!
I just got my CNC mill enclosed this afternoon so I can run a flood coolant system. Have started designing a few parts for the bike. First part I will be making will be a rear view mirror. After that the sky is the limit.
Here is a shot of my current setup.

Re: going get my big red!!!!
I like it! And it looks good also! I would like to see more pictures of it installed. The spacers I’ve seen, the lift I have not. But if I’m seeing correct this will relocate the A-arms correct? Will the axles be long enough to accept this relocation? Combined you will have 3-4 inches of lift?

Re: going get my big red!!!!
That look's like the same lift kit I got. It just moves the shocks down. I would like to see the results of the spacers. I still have to check out the travel with a shock removed. It looks like the top three inches of the springs are completely colapsed sitting still. the shocks only have about 3 inches of travel. The arms will move alot farther. I think Honda has shot themselves in the head not the foot with these shocks and springs.

Re: going get my big red!!!!
Looks Great!
-Did you drive "Bertha" before you added the snorkel? If yes what was the noise level difference between having the intake stock and up height (by your right ear). Would it be possible for more pictures on this? I see you used 2 inch black PVC and the other rubber hoses are just your diff vents correct? -Wheels / tires look great in the pictures, any clearance issues? -Reverse speed limiter, very cool! -Bertha, Great name! Can't call mine BR since its Camo the salesman called it Big Fred, it stuck.
