Rock/nerf bars
Has anyone install Honda's rock/nerf bars on there Big Red.
 I was going to build a set but these would save some time and look a little better.

Those look way easy to make but I want to know...Dont they clamp in place somehow.
 On my ranger I used the existing frame channel under neath. Just welded some flat bar to tubing and slid them right in. BR does not have anything under to fasten to..at least not too much.

Here is what I came up with a while back but have since decided to g o a different route. I plan of replacing the front fender and moving it in tighter to the bike.

Last weekend I looked at it and duh...they just bolt right to the frame witht the existing bolts. Looks way to easy to build to justify buying them.

I really like the OEM ones and as a non-welder I would probably just buy the Honda ones. I would agree that they would probably easy to build but I do like the looks of these.
