After everything is powerwashed I go over all of the plastic with Endust. This is not truly a wax but more of a cleaner and polisher. It is relatively inexpensive and does the best job of leaving all of the plastic looking like new while not acting like a dust magnet as does using ArmourAll and allows dirt and mud to come off easily. Pledge, which is a wax, makes it look great but attracts dust immediately. Tire Dressing probably works the best making the plastic (especially the black) look like new but is relatively expensive. I only do this when BR is going to be in pictures.
I suppose mentioning that using a new package of old fashioned cotton baby diapers as the polishing rags might be considered to be going over the top
