Re: Windshield build

This is working out very well. I used 14ga. steel had shearing and bending done at local sheet metal shop and windshield and vent holes were cut with water cutting tool that cuts with water under very high pressure. no damage to metal that way. I have to finish up with mounting and wiper holes, clean up grinding and off to the powder coating shop. Local glass store will cut and install glass and rubber seal for $125.00. I will have less that $300 in the project including the wipers from and old mail Jeep.
