True... almost.
Still need to adjust the chain and change the oil... Oh, and being able to adjust the front and rear suspension would be nice.
All of this can be done for about 15 bucks, so I can see why they skimped. 15 bucks times 10,000 units... well. Just a little niggle is all. Ride safe.
